POLICIES

Reservation Policy

Single rides and packages can be purchased in studio or online. SPIRE classes can be reserved online. 

We do not accept unpaid reservations over the phone or in person. A single class or package must be purchased in order to reserve one of our classes.

Cancellation Policy

In order to cancel a SPIRE Fitness class, you must cancel your reservation four hours before your scheduled evening classes (evening classes, any class with a start time after 11:59 AM) AND you must cancel your reservation ten hours before your scheduled morning classes (morning classes, any class with a start time before 11:59 AM). You can cancel your reservation in the following ways:

1.    Login to your MindBody account on our SPIRE Fitness application or website and press “Unreserve”
2.    Call SPIRE Fitness and have us cancel the class for you. (414) 219-9118

For classes canceled less than four hours before evening class and less than ten hours before morning classes, a late cancellation fee of $10 will be charged to your account. All no shows will be charged a fee of $19. If you do not have a card on file for such transactions, the class will be deducted from your package.

For riders running late: We ask that you call the studio to let us know that you are on the way. The front desk will hold your reservation. If you do not call to let us know you are on your way, in fairness to our riders, bikes will be released five minutes before class begins. However, five-minutes after the class has started you will not be allowed to enter the studio.  This is both for your safety and the enjoyment and focus of other riders.  

Waitlist Policy

If your preferred class time is completely booked, we highly recommend placing yourself on the waitlist. As spots open up, they are assigned to waitlisted clients in the order in which they registered. Please purchase a class or package before signing up on the waitlist. The class will be returned to your account for future use if you are not added into class. We do not provide refunds for SPIRE Fitness class purchases.

If a spot becomes available, you will receive notification from SPIRE Fitness via email confirming your automatic enrollment (note:  please check your SPIRE account to be sure your email address is correct). You also have the option to enroll in text message reminders. Ask the front desk for more information.

If you are no longer interested in a class for which you are on the waitlist, please remove yourself from the waitlist (online or by emailing the studio at reservations@spire-fitness.com) to avoid a late cancellation charge of $10 or losing your credit.

Walk-ins are welcome. Should any last-minute spots open up prior to the start of class, we will gladly offer them to any walk-ins. Your account will be charged upon confirmation of a spot in class.

You will be charged a $19 no show fee for holding a waitlist spot should you receive one and not show up for class.


Please note the waitlist is no longer applicable four hours prior to the class start of evening classes and ten hours prior to the class start of morning classes. Keep checking our website for last minute openings. Class availability can be viewed online at spire-fitness.com. 

Membership Freezes

If you wish to freeze or suspend your membership, you may do so for a period of no less than one month and no more than three months during the term of this Agreement. Clients must provide an advanced written notice to SPIRE Fitness at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled membership payment and prior to the start of the freeze. Client shall pay a $40.00 hold fee if the freeze is unrelated to a diagnosed injury or medical condition that prevents you from engaging in the services offered under this Agreement, or is without SPIRE Fitness management approval.

referral program terms & Conditions

SPIRE Fitness operates a referral program (the "Referral Program") where customers can be rewarded for referring new friends to make purchases at SPIRE Fitness or on the SPIRE Fitness Website.

In order to be eligible for the Referral Program, referred customers must make a minimum purchase of $76 in classes at SPIRE Fitness or on the www.spire-fitness.com website. Please note that any gift cards, promotional or coupon codes will not count towards this minimum purchase of $76. New client specials do not count towards the referral program. 

Referring customers will receive $30 in SPIRE Fitness credits (the "Referral Reward") for each referred customer who makes a minimum purchase of $76 in class credits. The Referral Reward will appear in the member's account and may be applied to future purchases of classes only.

Referral Rewards will NOT, under any circumstances, be applied retroactively to existing SPIRE Fitness customers.

In order to be eligible for the Referral Program, friends referred must have never purchased or attended SPIRE classes (i.e. those without a pre-existing SPIRE Fitness account).

In order for the referring customer to receive the Referral Reward, the referred customer must mention the Referring customer at the time of purchase. If the referred customer does not mention the referring customer’s name at sign up, the referring customer will not receive the Referral Reward.

The Referral Reward will appear in the referring customer's account no later than 48 hours after the referred customer has made the requisite $30 purchase of SPIRE Fitness credits.

Customer agrees that having multiple SPIRE Fitness accounts is a flagrant violation of these Terms of Service. Attempting to circumvent the SPIRE Fitness Referral Program system may, without limiting any other SPIRE Fitness rights or remedies, result in forfeiture of customer's membership, credits and all Referral Rewards in customer's account.

In its sole discretion, SPIRE Fitness reserves the right to void Referral Rewards earned if it suspects that the Referral Rewards were earned in a fraudulent manner, a manner that violates the Terms and Conditions of SPIRE Fitness or in a manner otherwise not intended by SPIRE Fitness.

Customers may not purchase a gift card or SPIRE Fitness merchandise as qualifying purchases for the Referral Program.

SPIRE Fitness expressly reserves all rights to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, without notice to its customers.
