t is going to be an exciting year at SPIRE Fitness, filled with new opportunities to discover your path and how to navigate your way through your fitness and wellness journey. Starting January 2018, we will be launching our Find Your Way Program, partnering up with some of the best and most knowledgable wellness gurus in Milwaukee to bring you a badass, in-depth, speaker series and wellness challenges to flip the script on how you approach wellness.
Vision and goals is an interactive workshop designed to support people in creating intention for living a life they love. It is about what individuals are creating in the world – their legacy – through their unique gifts and abilities. This is not about performance. This is about defining what is authentically important for people and then setting them up to make it happen.
Join Gil Mata, professional dancer, for our 50-minute hip hop dance class! Class will consist of a 15 minute cardio warm-up, a 10 minute stretch, hip hop groove progressions across the floor to improve coordination and learn basic skills, and learn a hip hop combination until the end of class. This class is for any level of fitness/dance. Try something new. Laugh a little. Get out of your comfort zone. Crush the dance floor.
Ready! Set! Sweat! Join the squad in completing 15 hours of fitness 2.1.18 to 2.28.18. Hustlin’ to train for the Fight for Air Stair Climb on March 10th, 2018 (sign up here). Complete the goal to win sweet prizes. Each step equals 15-minutes, each staircase equals 1-hour. Challenge cards will be available at the front desk in late January.

You'll be taken through four 30-minute quarters with our final quarter being served up by Origin Meals! Replenish with the SPIRE Squad and Origin Meals after your class while enjoying dairy and gluten-free appetizers.

In this presentation you’ll hear her story - how she got to compete in her first Ironman and how the crazy idea of qualifying for Kona entered her psyche. You’ll also get a first hand account of the amazing amount of physical, mental and spiritual learning that transpired through the experience of training and racing. Whether you're considering competing in a multi-sport event or have a different upcoming physical challenge, you will get an exclusive look inside the mind of a fierce competitor, learn how to overcome obstacles, and gain insight on the mental changes that can take place before your upcoming challenge.

The outdoor cycling season for 2018 will be here before you know it! SPIRE Performance Build up rides are your ticket to improved endurance success for your health and next level of fitness! If you are an avid biker or just want the challenge of riding long, swing in on Sundays for these progressive rides.
The format is road based with time block intervals, climbs, surges and sprints. The program begins with a 90 minute ride the first week, then finishing with 3 hours by the 4th week to complete the program. The rides are energetic, motivational and social all at the same time. Turn & Burn it!
Learn more about the anatomy of cycling, running, rowing, focusing on performance, injury prevention, and strengthening past injuries in the lower body.
- Review basic anatomy of the knee, hip and ankle
- Cover common injuries/pathologies
- Discuss and instruct preventative strategies and exercise to avoid injury and improve performance
- Discuss rehabilitative considerations across the continuum from self-rehab to physical therapy to referral

Join the squad in participating in a Fight For Air Climb! You will step up to make a positive impact in the lives of those affected by lung disease. Participants raise funds to support the mission of the American Lung Association while training to climb the stairs of a skyscraper.
