It is going to be an exciting year at SPIRE Fitness, filled with new opportunities to discover your path and how to navigate your way through your fitness and wellness journey. Starting January 2018, we will be launching our Find Your Way Program, partnering up with some of the best and most knowledgable wellness gurus in Milwaukee to bring you a badass, in-depth, speaker series and wellness challenges to flip the script on how you approach wellness.
Over a four month period we will dive into four main areas of wellness bringing you interactive workshops, speakers, digital content, reading lists, and more, providing the space and resources to forge your own wellness journey. The best part, this program is FREE!

Ready! Set! Sweat! Join the squad in completing 15 hours of fitness 2.1.18 to 2.28.18. Hustlin’ to train for the Fight for Air Stair Climb on March 10th, 2018 (sign up here). Complete the goal to win sweet prizes. Each step equals 15-minutes, each staircase equals 1-hour. Challenge cards will be available at the front desk in late January.

There a constant debate about which diet is best: vegan? Keto? Paleo? Something else? To add to the confusion is the seemingly endless amount of testimonials and noise on your instagram feed about the latest craze. So who is right? In this talk we discuss the elements that make a "good diet". We will also focus on reasons that many diets work, but not for the reasons you may think.
Join Sarah Philipp, a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC and the SPIRE Squad for a 12-week nutrition challenge. Sarah meets her clients where they are, and help them get to where they want to be (less pain, anxiety, weight, confusion about food, etc) through small and manageable steps. She specializes in emotional eating, digestive disorders, and finding mental wellness through nutrition.
