WHY DID YOU BECOME AN INSTRUCTOR?
Growing up I was never interested in fitness outside of sports and working out by myself has never been enjoyable. When I was a freshman in college, I started attending 5+ group fitness classes a week. Through group fitness, I had finally found something that made exercising fun.
After becoming a "regular" in multiple fitness classes, I was asked if I wanted to teach. I jumped on the opportunity to be a part of a community that made fitness fun.
WHO INSPIRES YOU?
As cheesy as it sounds, in fitness I am inSPIREd by the amazing athletes that work at SPIRE, the clients in my classes, my peers at CrossFit. Our bodies are capable of so much if we take the time to train them. People that are willing to train and dedicate themselves to push their limits, inSPIRE me to push mine.
In life, I am inSPIREd by my amazing family members who have worked so hard to get where they are today. Their example fuels my drive to be a better person each and everyday.
