TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOURSELF - WHERE ARE YOU FROM & WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO MILWAUKEE?
I grew up a little bit of everywhere, but I consider myself a Nashville native. I moved here from Atlanta, GA (HOT-lanta) in 2016 for a job with a sports marketing agency. Milwaukee has surprised me in all the good ways - from the eclectic, yummy restaurants to all the unique festivals and lakefront, I've come to really enjoy this little-big town.
WHAT GOT YOU INTERESTED IN CYCLING?
Group fitness just started to catch on when I lived in Atlanta, everyone was joining in on the fun, including my friends and I. Working out became a social event for us and a way to spend time together outside of the usual bars & restaurants. Attending my first cycling class was a totally new & transformative experience for me. I loved the choreography to the music, the heavy bass that kept you moving, and the energy the instructors brought that motivated you to leave it all on the bike. From then on I was hooked!
WHEN YOU'RE NOT AT SPIRE, WHERE ARE YOU AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
When I'm not at SPIRE, you can find me trying new restaurants around town and checking them off of my #MKEbucketlist.
