WHAT OTHER WAYS DO YOU GET A GOOD WORKOUT IN, OUTSIDE OF SPIRE?
I like to run, do yoga, and enjoy HIIT/interval training. I am also group fitness certified, an ACE Personal Trainer, and have a spinning certification.

I believe that anyone can improve their fitness level no matter what their physical condition may be. I feel that workouts that are functional and complement your lifestyle will make daily life more enjoyable, improving your quality of life. I truly enjoy making my workouts interesting, challenging, and fun! WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO BECOME AN INSTRUCTOR?
I have been a competitive athlete all my life. I had the opportunity to continue my love for basketball and play at the collegiate level. After college, I wanted to stay in the fitness industry. I pursued teaching cycling and small group fitness classes. I have been teaching since January of 2008 and I still have the same passion and joy for fitness that I did eight years ago!
