12 Week Nutrition Challenge
Join Sarah Philipp, a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC and the SPIRE Squad for a 12-week nutrition challenge. Sarah meets her clients where they are, and help them get to where they want to be (less pain, anxiety, weight, confusion about food, etc) through small and manageable steps. She specializes in emotional eating, digestive disorders, and finding mental wellness through nutrition.

Six in person group educational sessions
These sessions will provide education to the "why" behind the program, keep you accountable, and give you a group to share your experiences with. Group will meet Tuesday nights 8:15 PM

Be aware of what your eating with food journaling and stay accountable with Sarah checking in on your progress. This easy app makes it simple to track what you eat without the pressure of counting calories.
