What is TRX Rip Training?

TRX Rip Training is a combination of a level bar and a resistance band that work together to provide a mix of benefits. With this combination, one will focus on rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metabolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges. The Rip Trainer allows users to explore an unlimited range of movements which, when performed the right way, will help enhance fluidity, range of motion, and decrease the risk of injury.

Who can use the TRX Rip Trainer?


The Rip Trainer is the jack-of-all-trades, meaning it’s acceptable to use for all levels. Whether someone is just getting started in the fitness world or an elite level athlete, this tool is something that will help one reach his/her goals. Since the Rip Trainer utilizes the same asymmetrical loading we use everyday, it will help one with carrying groceries, rowing, throwing a ball, riding a bike, and so many other activities we participate in daily.
