November Setlist: Here to Help You Stay Motivated

November Setlist: Here to Help You Stay Motivated

It’s that time of the year again! The holiday season, family time is all the time, and holiday decorations will soon be out. While the holidays can encourage us to snuggle up on the couch with family or spend a little too much time indulging, there are other options to spend time with the people we love. Consider talking a hike, getting in a good sweat session, or indoor rock climbing as an active alternative!

TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF. WHERE HAVE YOU PREVIOUSLY LIVED AND WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO MOVE TO MILWAUKEE?

I am from a small town outside of Green Bay called Luxemburg-Casco. I have lived most of my life in the Green Bay Area. Three years ago I moved to Tucson, AZ for 9 months and missed my Midwest roots. I was able to move back to the area by living in Evanston, IL for almost two years. I made some great friends and enjoyed the Chicago life. I moved to Milwaukee in April because of family and work, and I'm loving every minute of it!!

Though you might not be focusing on it, the way you push and pull your legs affects the way you ride. They key aspect for a perfect pedal stroke is to synchronize the push of one leg with the pull of the other. This perfect balance will provide a better workout, while protecting your joints.

I grew up in Appleton and Dale, WI.  I then lived in Milwaukee for seven years before spending three years on the West Coast.  I’ve been back in Milwaukee for almost four years now.  I originally moved here because I’m drawn to larger cities with more culture, diversity, and things to do.   I came back because of friends and family.
