Join Sarah Philipp, a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC and the SPIRE Squad for a 12-week nutrition challenge. Sarah meets her clients where they are, and help them get to where they want to be (less pain, anxiety, weight, confusion about food, etc) through small and manageable steps. She specializes in emotional eating, digestive disorders, and finding mental wellness through nutrition.
Come join SPIRE for a triathlon experience you will never forget! This 12 week training plan will get you ready to complete the Pewaukee Triathlon RACE DATE July 8th, 2018! The program consists of practicing all three disciplines. Swimming, biking and running for a successful event.
Come celebrate Cinco De Mayo with the SPIRE team! Melissa, Amanda, and Emma will be kicking off Cinco de Mayo with a 90-minute ride. After an energizing choreographed ride, we will walk over to the Taco Moto truck (formerly Gypsy Taco) for some festive grub. Get to know your SPIRE team and community, while enjoying delicious tacos. Members can sign up for $5 and non-members can sign up for $25.
Join Ashley for this four-week program! Airboxing is a full body workout that helps to improve form, work on kickboxing moves without bags and a great way to tone and strengthen muscles in the shoulders, chest, back, quads and core. Boxing without bags requires more effort into the strike and retraction of each move.
Airboxing differs from other cardio workouts because your body moves in multiple planes of motion. Airboxing has been proven to improve your balance, range of motion, coordination, reflexes, flexibility and overall strength. Classes will be hosted on Saturdays at 10:30 AM May 19th - June 10th.
SPIRE will be pulling the bikes out onto the deck again at Surg on the Water so you can sweat a little and help a human out! Join Kaity and Danielle from SPIRE Fitness for a 45-minute spin class that will transform into a live dance party with beats from DJ TISTA. You'll grove up those hills and sing through the sprints -- we promise this workout will not disappoint!
We're welcoming Kerri Weishoff, MS, CCC-SLP, NBC-HWC to SPIRE Fitness. Kerri is an integrative health coach and university lector and instructor on mind-body and awareness practices. On April 25th, learn how to uncover and allow your greatest strengths to come forth so you can live your every day life with greater joy, purpose, ease and whole health living.
- You will learn ways to discover greater clarity on what is important in your life (joy/purpose)
- You will gain insight on where you are balanced and areas for growth
- You will walk away with a personal statement on how you can pause, stay focused, be grounded and have more ease in daily life
- Gain a greater understanding of self-awareness tools that can guide you and you can further explore in your life
Help SPIRE support Luka, a ten year old boy from Franklin, WI that is living with a brain tumor. He loves soccer, football, tennis, eating ice cream and Despicable Me. His wish is to have a sports room in his basement so he can hang out with his friends at home.
To get Luka his sports room, come sweat it out at SPIRE Fitness in the Third Ward, Mellisa will be leading a 60-minute ride class where all proceeds go towards Luka and his sports room.

The outdoor cycling season for 2018 will be here before you know it! SPIRE Performance Build up rides are your ticket to improved endurance success for your health and next level of fitness! If you are an avid biker or just want the challenge of riding long, swing in on Sundays for these progressive rides.
The format is road based with time block intervals, climbs, surges and sprints. The program begins with a 90 minute ride the first week, then finishing with 3 hours by the 4th week to complete the program. The rides are energetic, motivational and social all at the same time. Turn & Burn it!

Complete the goal to win sweet prizes. Each step equals 15-minutes, each staircase equals 1-hour. Challenge cards will be available at the front desk in late January.
Join Gil Mata, professional dancer, for our 50-minute hip hop dance class! Class will consist of a 15 minute cardio warm-up, a 10 minute stretch, hip hop groove progressions across the floor to improve coordination and learn basic skills, and learn a hip hop combination until the end of class. This class is for any level of fitness/dance. Try something new. Laugh a little. Get out of your comfort zone. Crush the dance floor.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- SPIRE will place a holiday tree at the studio with gift tags hanging from the tree. Each tag will included a requested gift, child's name, age, and gender.
- Select a gift tag (or two or three!) to purchase for the families.
- All gifts should be dropped off at the studio by December 15th (NO LATER!!), wrapped, with the gift tags on the outside of the item.
- All cash donations from the event will be used to purchase any gifts that were not selected and extra goodies.
Can't attend the ride? You can still participate! All gifts need to be dropped off at the studio by December 15th to be collected. Please include gift tags with item.
Join us for our final extended ride of the season. The biggest, the baddest, the longest ride SPIRE has to offer. TWO HOURS of intense cardio. Think of it as the marathon of indoor cycling. Bust out your favorite costumes from storage. We're having a costume party! Join Danielle, Kaity, Whitney, and Caitlin for our first 90-minute ride of the season! Come dressed up and ready to sweat. There will be some tricks AND treats at this event! We will also be having a costume contest. Dress to impress and you might win a month of free classes.
Join us on Saturday, October 21st for our 'Pop It Like It's Hot' day! We will have variety of classes, followed by a sweet treat from a local surprise vendor (hint: we will be 'popping like it's hot' all day at the studio)! Complete the challenge and receive a SPIRE Snapback hat on us! Pick up your challenge card at the front desk starting the week of August 28th. Make sure to get your card stamped at the desk after every new instructor's class you attend. Once your card is complete return it back to the front desk. We will be raffling off a five class pack, free admission to all upcoming 90-minute rides, FREE two night stay and the Kimpton Journeyman Hotel, and other goodies to those that completed the challenge.
