Block 'n Roll will provide you with a full body muscular release of the tension that is built up from daily activity/inactivity. With the use of a tennis ball and a yoga block, you will be guided into accessing trigger points in your muscles with the weight of your own body to massage the soft- and connective-tissues, helping to prevent muscular injuries and improve function and performance. Enjoy the sense of release and relaxation after 30- minutes lying on your mat.
