Partner Crew Class

Grab a friend, significant other or stranger to join you for this full-body partner workout. Alternate rowing and strength exercises for an amazing interval workout. This class will focus on teamwork, challenging you and your partner while building stronger connections! 

Classes at 5:30 Pm and 6:30 PM. Make sure to sign up both partners in the system! Need a partner? Ask us!
