SPIRE 128: South Shore Trail Run

Training for a race? Or just looking to sweat in the great outdoors? Join our SPIRE team on Wednesday nights and Friday mornings for our SPIRE 128: Run Club. This is a free club and all levels are welcome! 

How does it work? Join Jesse or Kaity twice a week for a 2-4 mile run (options to run longer or shorter distances, you choose!) on Wednesdays and Fridays. Bring a friend or meet someone new! Runs start the week of July 24th! Stay in the loop by joining our Facebook page, search for SPIRE 128: Running Group. This is where we will be posting events and updates. 

Weekly Meetings at SPIRE
Wednesday Nights at 6:00 PM
Friday Mornings 6:00 AM

In addition to our weekly meetings we will be hosting additional running meet ups off-site. Upcoming runs include, 
South Shore Trail Run: July 27th at 6:30 PM
South Shore Run: August 24th at 6:30 PM
Lapham Peak Trail Run: August 26th at 9:00 AM (group will be running the "Ice Age Trail" Trail + "Kame Terrace Trail", 7.6 miles w/ shorter options available)
For the most effective training program and to prevent injury we recommended pairing your runs with strength, mobility, and cross-training at the studio! Foam rolling is also highly recommended. RSVP on MINDBODY to keep you accountable and let us know you're coming!
