Airboxing is a full body workout that helps to improve form, work on kickboxing moves without bags and a great way to tone and strengthen muscles in the shoulders, chest, back, quads and core. Boxing without bags requires more effort into the strike and retraction of each move.
Airboxing differs from other cardio workouts because your body moves in multiple planes of motion. Airboxing has been proven to improve your balance, range of motion, coordination, reflexes, flexibility and overall strength. Classes will be hosted on Saturdays at 10:30 AM May 19th - June 10th.
