Starting January 2018, we will be launching our Find Your Way Program, partnering up with some of the best and most knowledgable wellness gurus in Milwaukee to bring you a badass, in-depth, speaker series and wellness challenges to flip the script on how you approach wellness.
Join Sarah Philipp, a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC and the SPIRE Squad for a 12-week nutrition challenge. Sarah meets her clients where they are, and help them get to where they want to be (less pain, anxiety, weight, confusion about food, etc) through small and manageable steps. She specializes in emotional eating, digestive disorders, and finding mental wellness through nutrition.
Come join SPIRE for a triathlon experience you will never forget! This 12 week training plan will get you ready to complete the Pewaukee Triathlon RACE DATE July 8th, 2018! The program consists of practicing all three disciplines. Swimming, biking and running for a successful event.
Come celebrate Cinco De Mayo with the SPIRE team! Melissa, Amanda, and Emma will be kicking off Cinco de Mayo with a 90-minute ride. After an energizing choreographed ride, we will walk over to the Taco Moto truck (formerly Gypsy Taco) for some festive grub. Get to know your SPIRE team and community, while enjoying delicious tacos. Members can sign up for $5 and non-members can sign up for $25.
Join Ashley for this four-week program! Airboxing is a full body workout that helps to improve form, work on kickboxing moves without bags and a great way to tone and strengthen muscles in the shoulders, chest, back, quads and core. Boxing without bags requires more effort into the strike and retraction of each move.
Airboxing differs from other cardio workouts because your body moves in multiple planes of motion. Airboxing has been proven to improve your balance, range of motion, coordination, reflexes, flexibility and overall strength. Classes will be hosted on Saturdays at 10:30 AM May 19th - June 10th.
SPIRE will be pulling the bikes out onto the deck again at Surg on the Water so you can sweat a little and help a human out! Join Kaity and Danielle from SPIRE Fitness for a 45-minute spin class that will transform into a live dance party with beats from DJ TISTA. You'll grove up those hills and sing through the sprints -- we promise this workout will not disappoint!
