WHAT CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME?
ALL OF OUR CLASSES ARE THE RIGHT FIT.
Most of our cycling, rowing and TRX classes are for all fitness levels and low impact, with options to adjust to your individual workout intensity. In our cycling classes, you control the bike's resistance to create the perfect challenge. Need a little more or a little less? Simply turn your resistance knob to the right or left. In our crew classes, the resistance comes from the pressure you apply to every stroke. Our TRX classes allow you to adjust the amount of body weight applied to the movement by standing closer or further away from the anchor point. Our fitness programs allow you to take class at your own speed. Find out more about all of our classes
Our "Team Crew" and "TRX + Rip" classes are not recommended for new clients. We offer and TRX + Rip Intro classes (see schedule here) and encourage clients to take 3+ SPIRE Crew classes before jumping into a Team Crew Class for the best experience.
aRRIVE 15-20 MINUTES EARLY
This assures that there is enough time to get you signed in, show you around the studio, and get your rower or bike set up properly! We do require that all new clients arrive 5-minutes before class begins to participate.
We have lockers in the studio for your personal belongings while you are in class and an area for coats and boots. Please bring your own lock if you'd like you items locked up.
Get ready to perSPIRE!
Our classes are high-intensity and get your heart pumping for maximum caloric burn. We offer complementary towels at the front desk, a filtered water system in the studio for water bottle refills, and we have water bottles for sale.
Looking to improve your cycling experience? We offer shoe rentals for just $2.00! First visit? Shoes are on us.
We have two showers in our studio. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels ready for use.
We have two restrooms and a changing room supplied with everything you need after class to get ready for the day.

If you are taking class Monday-Friday before 8am or after 6pm parking is free on all streets. On Saturdays and Sundays it is free all day!

Just try it! Let someone know at the front desk that this is your first class...they're super helpful. Go in with an open mind and know that you're going to get a good workout. There's plenty of class variation, so there's a workout and pace for everyone. - Kristina S.

Just pick a class and go! I have a running joke with friends who visit me in MKE. They always ask, “You’re going to make me go to a spin class when I visit, aren’t you?” (YES.) So just do it! Even my Mom came and loved it.
When people ask me which class to take, I say, “Just pick one and go. Then pick another one and go.” You don’t need to research or think about it, just do it. When people tell me, “I need to get fit before coming to class,” I tell them that’s ridiculous. It’s like saying you need to get clean before taking a shower. You get fit by going and making the effort. No one is judging you. No one cares what you’re wearing or if you’re new to spin (or crew or TRX). Just show up and get your mind out of the way.
