Anna discovered yoga in 2019 while looking for a deeper understanding of the body and a way to bring more mindfulness into her life. Through her professional work as an Occupational Therapist, she's seen how powerful it can be to support people in building strength, mobility, and confidence in everyday movement, values that she naturally carries into the way she teaches yoga.

Her approach to yoga is rooted in both anatomy and mindfulness. She loves blending functional movements with breathwork and body awareness, and aims to guide students in moving safely, intentionally, and with self-compassion. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where students of all levels can explore strength, balance, and breath while building tools they can take beyond the mat. Anna strives to create an inclusive space where all people feel comfortable moving their bodies while listening to fun upbeat music. She hopes to see you at one of her classes!
