Ride+ (45 minutes)

Level up your ride with hand-weight intervals to strengthen and tone your entire body in RIDE+. from arms and shoulders to core and legs.

SPLIT60 (60 minutes)

You get the best of both worlds with this combination class. 30 minutes of RIDE followed by 30 minutes of Strength + Conditioning.

TRX Lower Body (45 minutes)

A strength-forward class using TRX suspension and free weights to build powerful, functional lower-body movement patterns through controlled, progressive circuits.

TRX Upper & Core (45 minutes)

This session targets upper-body and core strength and stability using TRX leverage training and focused accessory movements to promote posture, control, and muscular endurance.

TRX Total Body (45 Minutes)

A conditioning forward full-body challenge combining TRX-based foundational movements, free weight strength work, and integrated core control across multiple circuits for strength and stamina.

Crew Lower Body (45 minutes)

Designed to build strength and endurance in the lower body using rower intervals, loaded lower lifts, and isometric holds in a progressive circuit format.

Crew Upper & Core (45 minutes)

This upper-body and core-focused class pairs rowing bursts with strength circuits to enhance muscular control, upper-body power, and dynamic midline endurance.

Crew Total Body (45 minutes)

A conditioning-forward full-body format using rower relays, strength supersets, and core stability to deliver a high-output, functional training experience.
