Lauryn fell in love with spin in 2023 and started as an instructor at SPIRE in October 2025. She loves fun, pop music that makes the class want to sing and dance along, plus some spicy choreography! Lauryn loves being a part of the SPIRE community, cheering on riders, celebrating their milestones, and encouraging them to push past their comfort zone on the bike.

Outside of SPIRE, you can catch her reading with her cats, hiking, bird watching, walking dogs at the shelter, or working her dream job as a public librarian!
